Simple Cell’s intent is to generate new sources of non-tax revenue without increasing the cost of doing business in the community.

Giving Back

We pledge to donate $100 from every Plan Review Fee to the Police Department of the jurisdiction. Everyone wins: the elected officials and their staff, the general public and the service providers.

Main Focus

Most importantly our main focus is to make sure the telecommunication project designs are performed by licensed engineers and FAA studies have been performed on each tower. We will also require each tower to be registered with the FCC. Another requirement we have is that each tower contains appropriate tower lighting. Multiple safety standards will be met to ensure that these towers and wireless compounds are actually built as designed and permitted. It will be Simple Cell’s privilege to provide these services at no cost to the community, but instead give them a portion of the project cost.

• FAA Study Number (or reason why no study has been completed)

• Current State IBC and NEC
• State Licensed Engineer Drawings
• Tower Owner Approved Construction Drawings
• 1A, 2C, FAA approved height
• Survey / Legal Description
• Antenna Structure Registration Number
• Time Stamped Photos of site to confirm no endangered species on site
• Redacted Lease Agreement
• General Contractor and Associated Licenses
